Acceptance

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Personal, free use

The site is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy the site, scrape it at scale or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

Games written for the site, its designs and texts belong to carlogames. Retro games and game files belong to their authors or rights holders, are shown under the licence stated on each game page, and are not owned by us.

Content removal

If you are a rights holder and see content that infringes your rights, send a report through the report page or by email. We will review it and promptly remove infringing content.

Play money

Card games such as Blackjack use play money only. There is no real-money gambling, no prizes and no way to convert points into money.

No warranty

The site and games are provided “as is”, with no promise that they will run continuously or without errors. Bugs may occur, and high scores are stored on your device only and may be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, carlogames is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. This page is not legal advice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. They are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
