Browser game controls: keyboard, mouse and touch
Short tips for comfortable control of the games on the site, on desktop and phone, including fullscreen and pause.
Most games here can be played with the arrow keys or WASD. Games that show on-screen touch buttons use the keyboard on a computer and the buttons on a phone.
The P key pauses the game and Escape closes it. Switching to another window pauses automatically, so you will not lose while answering a message.
The fullscreen button (⛶) enlarges the game and hides the rest of the page. On mobile, turn the phone sideways for a bigger screen.
Sound is off by default and is switched on with the sound button in the game. High scores and favourites are saved in your browser, so clearing site data deletes them.
If a game stutters, close other tabs and make sure your browser is up to date. Our browser games are light, but a busy computer can still slow them down.
