Question 1

How do I use Pizza Worm’s original control mapping on desktop?

Accepted Answer

Pizza Worm keeps its original DOS-style controls, and the emulator shows the mapping so you can check it before playing. On desktop, arrows move, Ctrl fires, Space opens doors or uses items, Shift runs, Enter confirms, and Esc opens the menu.

Question 2

What does the Space key do in Pizza Worm?

Accepted Answer

In Pizza Worm, Space is the key for opening doors or using something in the game. The emulator keeps the original control style, so the mapped keys stay close to the MS-DOS version while still being playable in the browser.

Question 3

How can I make Pizza Worm’s picture easier to see while playing?

Accepted Answer

If Pizza Worm looks small in the browser, switching to fullscreen gives a clearer view. The page also keeps the original game running through an emulator, so you can play the 1996 MS-DOS version without downloading anything.

Question 4

What should I do if Pizza Worm’s keyboard input is not active right away?

Accepted Answer

After pressing Play, click the game screen once so Pizza Worm accepts keyboard input. The emulator also shows the current control mapping and lets you change it if needed, which can help if you want a different setup.

Question 5

How does Pizza Worm work on mobile with the emulator’s on-screen gamepad?

Accepted Answer

On mobile, Pizza Worm uses the on-screen gamepad provided by the emulator. The page says this is the intended way to play on touch devices, while the original control style is preserved for a simple browser-based retro experience.
