Skee Alley

A boardwalk arcade with striped awnings, wood paneling, shiny brass and a string of bulbs. You roll a ball up a long lane, it jumps off the ramp and lands on a ring board, and you try to hit the gold ring or the hundred pockets in the corners. The physics are real: medium power lands in the middle, less power in the outer rings and more in the inner ones. There is a classic 9-ball game, a time attack, ten goal challenges, 15 levels with bumpers and a moving gate, two players and a daily challenge. Every game earns tickets, and the prize shop sells new balls and lanes. No sign-up. Press the lane where you want to start and drag upward and sideways. The drag length is the power and the direction is the angle, and the dotted line shows the direction. Release to roll, or flick quickly. The ball rolls up the ramp, jumps and lands on the board. Medium power lands in the middle rings, and less or more power lands in the outer rings. The gold ring in the center is worth 50, and the corner pockets are worth 100 but need strong power. The ticket pocket gives five tickets and the X2 pocket doubles your next ball. Later levels add bumpers and a moving gate. Each game has nine balls. Keyboard: left and right arrows move the ball, A and D set the angle, hold Space (the meter rises and falls) and release to roll, P to pause.; on mobile, Touch: place a finger on the lane, drag upward and sideways and release.
